14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Not happy with MapsScraper Premium? Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MapsScraper subscription. If for any reason you're not, this policy explains how to request a refund and what to expect.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual) are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment. Renewal payments are not eligible for a money-back guarantee unless required by applicable law.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@mapsscraper.shop within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [your email address]"
  • Include your purchase date and the email address associated with your account.
  • Optionally, tell us why you'd like a refund — this helps us improve the product (but is not required).

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund via Paddle, our payment processor.

  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle once the refund has been processed.
  • Your Premium access will be revoked upon refund approval.

We cannot guarantee exact processing times as these depend on third-party financial institutions outside our control.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After 14 days: Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date are not eligible, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
  • Renewal charges: Recurring subscription renewal payments are non-refundable unless you were not notified of the renewal in accordance with our Terms of Service.
  • Abuse of the guarantee: Users found to have purchased a subscription, used Premium features extensively, and requested a refund in bad faith may have their refund request declined and their account terminated.
  • Violation of Terms: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time — no cancellation fee applies.

  • Log in to your Paddle Customer Portal (link sent in your purchase confirmation email) to cancel.
  • Alternatively, email us at support@mapsscraper.shop and we will cancel on your behalf.
  • After cancellation, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 14-day window, you must also submit a refund request as described in Section 2.
